Celebrities Often Wear Disguises-

 In my novel, Love Song, Gregory Pratt, the pop-star character could barely go out alone for a walk without being recognized and pursued by screaming fans.He wears a large hat and sunglasses to hide his face.

Many famous celebrities have similar experiences, and while it seems exciting, it gets stale after a while when even going to a movie or on a vacation, brings an invasion of privacy. They are hounded for an autograph or become surrounded with adoring fans. Pictures will appear in one of the celeb papers. Even their disguises eventually are discovered and appear on social media, as the following photos depict. Here are a few celebrities in a disguise. Recognize any of them?

Something Elvis once said influenced my novel's character...

As I was developing Love Song's character, I came across something that Elvis, dubbed 'The King of Rock and Roll,' once told his audience.

 “I am not the King. Jesus Christ is the King. I’m just an entertainer.”

 In Love Story, the male hero, superstar Gregory Pratt, wears his trademark silk sash when performing on stage.

It seems that a number of male rock and pop performers have worn or wear a sash or a flashy belt around their waist or hips. It tends to accentuate their dance moves and their physique. Here are a few examples through the years.
